What Should I wear? Is there a Dress Code?
The Dress Code for our Wedding is Black Tie Preferred. Semi-Formal Accepted.
Acceptable: Floor Length Gowns, Formal Cocktail Dresses, Tuxedo, Fancy Pant Suit, Black Ties, Dress Shoes
*The color black is not required*
What will the Weather be like this time of year?
We are foreseeing a Clear Sky with the day reaching a high of 72° and low of 57° by the end of the reception.
Where are the Ceremony and the Reception taking place?
Both the Ceremony and Reception will be held at The Grand Hyatt Nashville
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony and reception will be held indoors. Coat Check will be provided.
What happens after the ceremony?
After the ceremony, the wedding party will take photos. Guests can return to the foyer for Cocktail hour, where we will be serving Passed Hors D’oeuvres and Cocktails.
What time should I arrive?
We are asking that all guest be prompt on this special day. Please plan to arrive 1 hour before the ceremony starts to assure everyone is seated on time.
*Doors to the ceremony will close promptly 10mins before our start time. If you are not seated at that time access to the ceremony will NOT be granted.*
Where should guests park? Is Parking free?
The Grand Hyatt Nashville will provide Valet parking for all of our guests at the rate of $20.00 per Vehicle.
Are Kids Welcome?
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an Adults-Only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us!
Can I bring a plus one?
Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

When is the RSVP Deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?
RSVP Deadline is September 1, 2024. Please RSVP online by visiting our RSVP Page on our wedding website. Reminder to please select your meal and inform us of any dietary restrictions.
Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?
Yes, there is an Escalator as well as an Elevator to access our Ceremony/Reception space. Our Wedding Welcome signs will guide you to our event.
Will Dinner be served at the reception? What kind of food?
We are elated to provide our guests with a unique and chef inspired plated 3-Course meal. Please select your meal preference during your RSVP.
Will there be any vegan, vegetarian, gluten free or special diet option?
Our Chef is happy to accommodate dietary restrictions and will be mindful of allergies. Please let us know ahead of time by noting your allergies and or restrictions in your RSVP.
Where are you registered?
We are beyond Blessed and Thankful that you will be joining us for our Celebration love. We have registered for a few items and created a honeymoon fund that can be found under the “Registry” page of our website.
